... well, I hoped for October to be at least better than September, and it was. Barely.
Swimming: 700m (.43 mi)
Cycling: 7.66 mi
Running: 14.76 mi
Lifting: three sessions (1:09)
Other: one hike (1:21), four sessions hockey (4:24), 24 walks (11:10)
The tri big three were all slightly better than September, but better is better. The swim was godawful given the layoff (unsurprising), but hey.
Also the hike was nice (hooray for leafing). I am going to do my damnedest to get back on my every day walk roll - October came with more travel and more shit that made that hard again - despite having yet more travel than I thought I was going to have.
(I think at this point I just need to accept my life is constantly a disaster)
The first bit of November will be rough in terms of swim/bike thanks to a stupid out of town hockey tournament this weekend, but hopefully I can get back to doing those once a week or preferably twice a week. Hopefully.
Let's get those top four numbers higher for November, shall we?
