Cycling: 210.39 mi
Running: 30.85 mi
Lifting: seven sessions (1:38)
Other: two mobility training sessions (:08), five stretch sessions (:50), two walks (:55), one yoga session (:12)
Those swimming and cycling numbers I swear are higher than some of my summer month numbers when I was in Ironman training. And okay, yeah, I'm technically in IM training right now, but barely! This is base building!
... I think I'm terrified of what's to come. And simultaneously excited. Mostly terrified, though.
