1 Snowshoe Day

1 Recumbent Bike
What I liked about January was the variety of workouts done that month. In addition to simple things like Yoga, Wii Fit, and Snowshoeing, I did well on the trainer as well as in the running department. Too little swimming for my taste though and too many off days. Granted, the off days were necessary for the most case, but still...too many.
